ACCOUNT MANAGER

BBI International is seeking mid to senior level sales professionals for the position of Account Manager. Candidates will be responsible for selling advertising & sponsorships for trade magazines, websites, newsletters, conferences & trade shows in the biomass, ethanol, biorefining and biodiesel industries. Sales process is conducted primarily over the phone as clients are located throughout the world. Moderate travel to industry conferences & trade shows is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing business relationships with decision makers within companies that are vying for market share within the industries served.
  • Uncovering customer’s critical business issues and creating a solution to deliver a measured value for the customer.
  • Responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new business.
  • Consulting clients on strategic planning for market penetration
  • Managing sales pipeline to maximize revenues within BBI’s sales process methodology.
Required Experience:
  • Demonstrated & successful sales experience in a business to business environment
  • Experience selling to marketing, sales and/or C level executives
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in thinking strategically and implementing tactically
